Consent to Personal Data Processing

This Consent is given by the user of the website https://excursions-volgograd.ru (the "Website") when completing and submitting any feedback form placed on the Website, by ticking the corresponding checkbox in the form.

2. Personal data covered by this Consent
— name (surname, first name, patronymic — to the extent provided by the data subject);
— contact telephone number;
— email address;
— subject and content of the enquiry;
— IP address, date and time of form submission, browser and device details (User-Agent) collected automatically upon submission.

3. Purposes of processing
— consideration of the data subject's enquiry and provision of a reply;
— consultation on the Operator's excursion and travel services;
— conclusion and performance of an agreement on the provision of a tourist product (excursion services) to which the data subject is a party or beneficiary;
— communication with the data subject on matters related to the enquiry.

4. Actions performed with personal data
Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating (renewal, modification), retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data. Processing is carried out by mixed means: both with and without the use of automation.

5. Legal grounds for processing
— clause 1 of part 1 of Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data" (consent of the data subject);
— clause 5 of part 1 of Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 (performance of an agreement to which the data subject is a party or beneficiary, and conclusion of an agreement at the data subject's initiative);
— Federal Law No. 132-FZ of 24 November 1996 "On the Fundamentals of Tourism Activity in the Russian Federation";
— the Operator's articles of association.

6. Validity period and withdrawal of consent
This Consent is valid from the moment it is given until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no longer than one year from the date of form submission, unless another period is established by the legislation of the Russian Federation or by a concluded agreement.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a written application to excursions.volgograd@gmail.com or to the Operator's postal address specified in clause 1. Upon withdrawal of consent, the Operator shall cease processing and destroy the personal data within thirty days of receipt of the application, except where processing may continue in accordance with part 2 of Article 9 and part 4 of Article 21 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

7. Transfer of personal data
The Operator does not carry out cross-border transfer of personal data. Personal data is not transferred to third parties, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation, and except where processing is entrusted to persons ensuring the operation of the Website, subject to their observance of confidentiality and of the requirements of Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
When a form is submitted, the Yandex SmartCaptcha service (Yandex.Cloud LLC, Russian Federation) is used to protect against automated submissions; it receives the IP address, browser and device details, and data on the user's actions while completing the form. Such data is processed and stored within the territory of the Russian Federation.

8. Web analytics
Consent to the processing of personal data collected by means of the Yandex.Metrica web analytics service and cookies is given separately, through the information banner displayed when visiting the Website. Declining such consent does not affect the ability to submit an enquiry via the feedback forms.

9. Confirmation
By ticking the consent checkbox and submitting the form, the data subject confirms that they act freely, by their own will and in their own interest, that they have read this Consent and the Personal Data Processing Policy, and that they are aware of the rights provided for by Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data".
